Dean Karnazes came to me one day and asked for an hour of my time. He said he wanted to learn how to promote himself. I told him how to do it and he has done more with my knowledge than almost anyone I've ever met. He is much more than 'The Ultra Marathon Man'. Dean has always been, a truely good friend.
